Credit program terms

Draft — pending legal review

Terms

Credits apply to EnforceAuth platform usage only, including the Evidence IQ capability (not services, not cash).

  • Credits expire 12 months from issue. One program per legal entity. Non-transferable.
  • 50% of credits issue at approval; 50% at your first production policy decision (staging does not count).
  • Usage stops at your plan limit (monthly decisions and log retention). No overage is billed on credits.
  • Registration is mandatory. No credits issue until every requirement is verified. Decisions within 5 business days.
  • Applicants must create an EnforceAuth account, accept the Terms of Service (enforceauth.com/terms), name a technical owner and a business owner, agree to a 30-minute onboarding call, and agree to a case study or logo use (Fortune 500 under NDA may opt out).
  • Only work email addresses may apply. AI agents may submit applications; a named person must verify by work email.
  • Enterprise OPA Launch: unused issued credits convert dollar-for-dollar, up to $50,000, to a discount on a year-one enterprise contract signed before expiry. One Enterprise program per parent group.
  • Former customers may apply 12 months after their last paid term ended.
  • EnforceAuth may revoke credits on misuse.

How applications are routed

  • R1 Work email only; free, disposable and .edu domains are rejected.
  • R2 Existing paying customer or enterprise contract (entity or parent) → not eligible.
  • R3 Fortune 500 / Global 2000 / revenue > $1B + VP+ sponsor + team plan → Enterprise OPA Launch.
  • R4 $250M–$1B revenue or 1,000–5,000 employees (not F500/G2000) + VP+ sponsor + team plan → Enterprise OPA Launch; otherwise → SMB.
  • R5 Funding < $5M (grants excluded) + < 50 employees + founded ≤ 5 years → Startups.
  • R6 Current accelerator cohort that fails R5 on funding but fits SMB size → SMB.
  • R7 50–1,000 employees or $5M–$250M revenue → SMB.
  • R8 Under 50 employees but over $5M funding or older than 5 years → SMB.
  • R9 Churned customers are eligible 12 months after their last paid term.
  • R10 One program per legal entity; one Enterprise program per parent group.
  • R11 Every route ends in approve, needs-info or reject within 5 business days. No dead ends.
